Let me tell you a little bit about us. I am Seth Kuddes, owner of United Window Cleaning. When I graduated from CSU (Go Rams!) with a degree in Business Management it was time for my dreams of being an entrepreneur to be put in motion. I launched United Window Cleaning in the summer of 2007 as a local, family-owned window washing business, and it continues to operate that way. My ongoing desire is to create a thriving window cleaning company that is operated with integrity, marked by professional excellence, and carried out with friendliness. In just a few years we have expanded to cover Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and all the surrounding areas! And because of you, our customers, we have also expanded our services to include gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and screen repair/replacement.
As the business has grown, so has my family! In March of 2008 I married my creative, fun-loving wife, Jessica. Our son Josiah was born in 2010, our sweet daughter, Hope, arrived in 2013, we adopted our second son, Jonah in 2015 and last but not least we had one more beautiful daughter, Hannah in 2016. Jessi loves being a full-time mom and also helps me run the business behind the scenes. As a family, we attend Mountain View Community Church and lead a small group in our home. We love mountain adventures, arts of all kinds (I’m a photographer and Jessi is a painter), traveling the world, and reading together. We also love getting to know new people, so we look forward to meeting you!

Hi there, my name is Heather Garcia. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. I moved to Loveland, CO for a change of pace in 2007. I have worked in several different service industries since 2004, including owning my own childcare business for 5 1/2 years. I joined United Window Cleaning in 2023 with a desire to serve others while maintaining a life balance to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer! My wonderful husband, Shawn, and I have 4 sons. I am a true boymom. Even my dog is a boy! I look forward to serving you soon!

My name is Jason Fuller, originally from Rochester, New York. My window-cleaning career started when I moved to California in 2002, where I worked for two different window cleaning companies before I started my own business. In 2011 I sold my business and moved to Colorado. I joined United Window Cleaning in 2013. I had to include my lovely daughter Kalynn in my picture because she is my world. My name is Jason Christy “JC”. Originally from Bakersfield, California, I was born and raised on the West Coast. I married my wonderful wife Tracy and high school sweetheart in 1997. We have 3 amazing children starting with our oldest son, Hunter, our daughter, Skylar, and our youngest son, Jackson. My family and I consider ourselves experienced travelers as we have relocated to 4 different states and 5 different cities over the span of 20yrs. We’re so excited and grateful to have the opportunity to finally reside here in Loveland, Colorado. I’ve always been passionate about working with people, interacting and always working towards the goal of giving my customers the peace of mind that they deserve. I have 6+ years of window cleaning experience but have been blessed with the opportunity to work for United Window Cleaning since 2022.
